Finca La Crucita
This well maintained urbanisation of eight houses is situated in the heart of the Haría palm grove and whose captivating design is a true replica of the traditional and charming architecture of Lanzarote.
The finca stands in an estate of 7.500 square metres of land, with well maintained gardens and a large communal area with swimming pools and sunbeds situated beneath the palm trees. It has an exceptional panoramic view towards the cliffs that isolate the Northern village.
Finca La Crucita is located in the impressive valley of 1,000 palm trees in Haría. It is a well maintained rural urbanisation consisting of eight houses, whose captivating design is a true replica of the traditional and charming architecture of Lanzarote. There is a soothing atmosphere in its most pure form, tranquillity becomes the norm within the narrow streets and plazas.
Tribute to the North of Lanzarote
The houses maintain a similar rural style structure and decoration, using modern materials, paying homage to Lanzarotes old country houses. The superior villa is Haría, which has a covered swimming pool and is connected to the living room, there is a colossal living space of 500 square metres. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and its own ample terrace. The rate is 300 – 350 euros per night.
The other seven houses are more basic, if you can use the term to describe living areas of 100 to 120 square metres with two or three bedrooms and one or two bathrooms, apart from an independent living room and dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The price per night varies depending on the season from 80 to 140 euros per night.
Rural tracks and naturally formed swimming pools
Opting to spend time in La Crucita means that you have a wide range of alternative leisure activities available to you compared to the main tourist areas. The natural environment in Haría invites you to take a stroll along the cliffs, to tackle the Corona Volcano, submerge yourself in the world of César Manriques art and nature (Jameos del Agua and El Mirador del Río), or spend the time sunbathing away from the crowded beaches, for example practicing naturism in Charco del Palo.
